Terms of Service
These Terms govern attendance, classes, workshops and memberships at Yandelis studios across Australia. By booking or attending classes you agree to our terms, waivers and health & safety requirements.
- Bookings are subject to availability and our cancelation policies.
- We may update class schedules and instructors; members will be notified where practicable.
- All memberships are governed by the membership agreement you sign at enrolment.
For full membership conditions see the Membership section below and contact our support team for specific queries.

Refunds, Cancellations & Cooling-off (AUS)
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Your consumer rights are not limited by our policies:
- If a service is not provided with due care and skill, or does not match what was promised, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, re‑performance or refund.
- For major defects or service failures, immediate remedies (including refunds) apply under ACL.
- Fitness and membership agreements may include a statutory cooling-off period depending on the state; where applicable we will comply with the required cooling-off timeframes and provide clear cancellation instructions.
If you believe ACL applies to your case contact us at yandelis@outlook.com — we aim to resolve disputes early and fairly.

Memberships, Transfers & Suspension
Membership types, direct debit and payment schedules are set out in your membership contract. Typical provisions include:
- Members may request a temporary suspension for medical reasons with supporting evidence.
- Class credits and transfers are subject to expiry rules shown in member terms.
- We do not unreasonably refuse to transfer or amend memberships where permitted by law.
Safety, Health Declarations & Liability
Attendance is at your own risk. You must:
- Disclose relevant medical conditions and follow instructor guidance.
- Not attend classes if unwell or contagious.
- Follow studio rules and safety instructions.
Where permitted by law, personal injury liabilities may be limited; however statutory consumer guarantees under ACL cannot be excluded.
Privacy, Data & Communications
We collect personal information to manage bookings, memberships and communications. Our handling of personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- Data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary.
- You can request access or correction of your personal data.
- We will not sell your personal information. Marketing communications can be opted out of at any time.

Dispute Resolution & External Resources
We aim to resolve concerns quickly. Our internal complaints process:
- Contact our support team at yandelis@outlook.com with details.
- We will acknowledge within 5 business days and propose steps to investigate.
- If unresolved, matters can be escalated to external dispute resolution bodies.
External resources: NSW Fair Trading, Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) — these bodies can advise on ACL rights and small claims processes.
